The C.O.A.C.H.E.D. Method™

What is it?

The COACHED Method™ is based on research involving employee engagement, emotional intelligence and social influence. Through the collaboration of these three areas of research, The COACHED Method™ focuses on seven skill sets that managers and leaders can easily remember and apply when creating an engaged workforce.

How is it used?

The COACHED Method™ is delivered in both group and individual settings. Once managers and leaders understand the research behind the seven skills, they are then coached individually to insure durable and lasting success with the model.

As an anchor, participants are reminded to continually ask themselves, "Have I COACHED today?" This exercise helps to insure that this new training becomes a durable habit for the participants.

How does it make a difference?

There is a great deal of research demonstrating the value of creating an engaged workforce as well as the perils of a disengaged workforce.

By understanding the impact that EI and social influence have in the workplace, managers and leaders are able demonstrate the behaviors that create an engaged and motivated work environment.
