What is it?

You're Hired Coaching™ is a collaboration of research in both emotional intelligence and social influence which helps you maximize your chances of securing the job you want.

How is it used?

Successful interviewing is dependent on connection not credentials. If you have made it to the interview stage, it has already been determined that you have the minimum credentials needed. The difference between getting the job and not getting the job will be based on how well you connect and influence during the interview.

How does it make a difference?

You're Hired Coaching™ teaches participants how to perceive, understand and manage their own and their interviewer's emotions. As well, participants also learn to use validated strategies of influencing to gain commitment and buy in from the interviewer.
